SUMMARY:PLASTIC FANTASTIC Online Hackathon
DESCRIPTION:PLASTIC FANTASTIC is an international online Hackathon & acceleration program\, where experts of diverse backgrounds from across Europe will hack together the circle of plastic. Starting in April 2024 with an international Bootcamp and Hackathon\, this program will run for 6 months.  \n\n\n\nDuring this period of time\, environmental & business experts\, water & environmental activists\, and impact entrepreneurs will work collectively to further develop solutions regarding the detection\, monitoring\, collection\, valorisation and prevention as well as reuse of plastic litter. The 3 most impactful solutions will be further supported by a wide and diverse community of the Impact Hub Athens experts.  \n\n\n\nYou can apply until March 28.

SUMMARY:AQUA 2024
DESCRIPTION:AQUA 2024 will take place from August 26-30 in the Danish capital of Copenhagen. It will comprise a scientific conference\, trade exhibition\, industry forums\, workshops\, student events and receptions. The event will highlight the latest aquaculture research and innovation to underpin continued growth of this exciting food production sector. Aquatic food is a major component of our food future\, and Blue Food from all species in marine and freshwater production\, is rightly in the spotlight for its potential to provide healthy\, tasty and highly nutritious food for the planet. \n\n\n\nThe SUBMARINER Network will be joining three sessions during the event:  \n\n\n\n\nAt the Innovation Forum on 28th September: \n\nSession 2: Regional innovation transfer vehicles in Mission Ocean \n\n\n\nSession 4: Mentoring and accelerator activities for Blue Growth\n\n\n\n\n\nAt the micro- and macro-algae session on 29th September: \n\nRegulatory landscape for algae cultivation and market\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIn addition\, SUBMARINER projects AlgaePro Banos and Baltic MUPPETS will have a stand in the EuroFish #33-35.
