Course on Biodiversity and Ecology

In this course, the students learn about the importance of biodiversity, as part of focus on Ecology. The course covers a total of five modules, focused Arctic ecosystems. Individual modules can also be used separately. Theoretical work is done with tasks that support the understanding of the methods used to assess how well an ecosystem are functioning. Tasks assessing how threatened specific species are, using data from international organizations such as the IUCN.
