The European Sustainable Nutrient Initiative brings together leading experts in the field of nutrient cycling to foster collaboration among European entities engaged in nutrient recycling, facilitating the exchange of valuable experiences and identifying knowledge gaps to guide future research.
On 18 September from 16:00-17:30, SUBMARINER projects AlgaeProBANOS, EU4Algae and the Algae Industry Study will be hosting a workshop entitled “Algae-based fertilizing products from recycled side streams: The legal journey,” which will focus on regulatory barriers for marketing algae-based biofertilising products when algae is produced with nutrient-rich side streams and wastes.
