The CrossGov Fisheries & Biodiversity Workshop explores the complex relationship between fisheries management and biodiversity conservation in the Mediterranean. This workshop will dive into the policy coherence challenges that policymakers face while balancing economic growth and environmental protection.

📌 The Mediterranean: Facts, Challenges, Good Practices. A deeper dive into the current state of fisheries and biodiversity in the Mediterranean, addressing the challenges and highlighting successful initiatives.

📌 Breakout Groups: Discussion on Good Practices & Recommendations
Participants will engage in group discussions on integrated governance, management tools, and stakeholder engagement, working to develop recommendations.
📌 Sharing Findings & Closing. Each group will share their insights, followed by closing remarks and next steps
