The third Atlantic Hackathon, a local edition of Ocean Hackathon® 2025, will take place in Peniche, Portugal, from 17–19 October 2025. Over an intensive 48 hours, teams from diverse disciplines will come together to tackle real-world ocean challenges, collaborate across tech, science, design, and business, and develop solutions with tangible impact.
A limited number of travel and accommodation scholarships are offered, with applications open until 26 September 2025.
This edition is co-organized by Blue Bio Techpreneurs, the Polytechnic University of Leiria, and Smart Ocean, and forms part of the international Ocean Hackathon® network coordinated by Campus Mondial de la Mer.
