On 4th February 2025, LCA experts from five EU-funded algae projects—SEAMARK, CIRCALGAE, AlgaePro BANOS, LOCALITY, and REALM—gathered for a webinar to discuss challenges and opportunities in aligning Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies for algae-based products. Hosted by CIRCALGAE and moderated by Léa Braud (KTH Royal Institute of Technology), the session featured short project presentations followed by a panel discussion on common approaches, data sources, and improving comparability across studies.
